1) Did the integration meet your expectations? “Yes, definitely. We use the integration for all new projects; it works as expected.”
2) How did you experience the integration process? “The process to make the integration possible was intensive but good! Such an integration requires many technical adjustments, but fortunately, we have technical colleagues. Lots of testing, and eventually, everything worked properly.”
3) How is it working with the integration? “The integration works very well. Both creating a new project and setting it up save a lot of time and actions. Synchronizing client contact details and reading out additional optons all happen automatically, making the entire system less error-prone.”
4) How do the clients experience it? “Although we haven’t explicitly asked how clients experience the integration, we have received positive feedback about using MyBuildAssist. It is clear and user-friendly.”
