MyBuildAssist has various tools that you as a project manager can use. The communication tool and dossier formation are integrations that are standard features. In addition, there are choices to activate certain tools yourself. The options list is one of them. In it, clients see all the options for the residence in an overview. Convenient, because this way both parties have an overview of the options and the chosen components.

How the options list works

In the options list, you process all the choice options for the clients of the respective project. If there is an Excel file with the choices, we can generate the options list automatically. Or link the tool with your internal system where all the options are already listed. We then automatically transfer these to the options list of MyBuildAssist and transfer the chosen options back to your system.

You divide the options into segments and categories. Within ‘Electrical’, for example, there are different options for an additional wall socket and lighting points. The choice options can be provided with a photo, description, and price.

The client chooses

The client opts for an extension of the home, an additional skylight, and other items. All options on the options list are clickable for the client to tick. As a project manager, you set, for example, how many pieces can be chosen. For instance, clients may choose multiple sockets but only one extension for the residence.

Reviewing the options list During the purchase conversation, you can go through the options list with the client. You then submit it, and with one click of a button, an order confirmation is automatically generated in the dossier.

Choices have been made

Once everything is chosen and filled in by the client, a total list follows. This is a complete overview of all choices made. The clients see the costs of the total picture. That doesn’t have to be final yet, but the client can already create a draft that is handy to take along during mortgage talks.

Overview for the executing parties

For subcontractors such as planners and installers, there is also a list available. The so-called execution list. This does not show a price but does show the date that the option was chosen.
