All invoices in one overview

Invoices from an external programme can be placed directly in the right place within MyBuildAssist with the mailbox integration. The client receives a notification of this. The same applies to other documents that would normally be downloaded in another environment and then uploaded into MyBuildAssist. With the mailbox integration, everything stays clear within the same environment, which means all information is centralised and quality is guaranteed.

How it works

For each file, a unique e-mail address is automatically generated for the customer. Do you send a file to property X? Then it automatically arrives in the right file. Of course, not just anyone can link to the file; this is managed exclusively by the project manager.
