Orchard Farm Kent Ltd (OFKL) consists of 14 hectares of potential in Kennington and promises to set a new standard here. This collaboration between Steenvlinder, the renowned social and community-driven developer for self-build in the Netherlands, and Urbanise, a successful developer from Kent, guarantees a project where good design, sustainability, and community involvement are central.
