Vastbau GmbH, located in Gronau, Germany, was founded in 1992 and is a subsidiary of the Dutch Vastbouw Group. The Vastbouw Group is a family business and operates internationally. The entire group employs more than 500 people.

In Gronau, just under 30 people work. Their tasks include all steps, from purchasing land and project development to the realization of the residences. They manage their construction projects from laying the first stone to handing over the keys.

They continually strive to create sustainable living spaces. In their opinion, the key lies in good communication combined with innovative thinking and action. To achieve this, they have also implemented MyBuildAssist.
