A handy tip for setting up the forms is to use the option to have standard data (client details, project name, etc.) pre-filled by the system. This saves time and reduces the chance of errors. 

It is best to create a form from the organization’s management account. In this way, everyone within the organization works with the same forms and communicates unambiguously to clients. If your organization does not yet have a management account, please contact us.
