Actively involving the client in the construction process; that is the goal of MyBuildAssist. By proactively providing information, we guide the client through the process. With the online dossier, the entire journey is made transparent in advance, and the client knows exactly what to expect. All information about their residence is neatly organized in the dossier. 

To get even closer to the end-users, we spoke with Marcel Bovenhuis and Alexandra Cools. They enthusiastically shared their experiences with the platform.  

Alexandra and Marcel find MyBuildAssist an ideal tool to gain insight into the construction of their residence. “It provides an easy and clear overview of everything involved in building your residence. But besides being beautiful and handy, we also find it very fun to show others via the app on their phone.

This is the first new-build residence the couple has purchased, so they didn’t have much experience in this area. However, they do see a significant difference compared to friends who do not use MyBuildAssist. The greatest added value, they find, is that everything you need is in one overview. The deadlines are also clearly displayed, making it concrete and organized. Regarding user-friendliness, Alexandra and Marcel are very clear. “It took some getting used to, but now we have it all figured out. Everything is conveniently categorized by topic and can be easily found. We can’t imagine having to carry around a bunch of paperwork anymore.”
